Thanks guys. I've been working on the design of this caller since April 2011. It has improved tremendously since the prototype. The insides is where the magic is though. Most of the manhours involved in making this call is spent on the inside of the call. Last years models where very plain Jane in appearance due to being afraid to wood burn on extremely thin walls. This year, I took a chance and I believe that it has paid off. I've also changed to a different material this year for the playing surface. It definetly improved the calls sound. Thanks for looking and the positive feedback!

 never heard of a nail call, can you explain this???

It's kinda the same principal as a slate call except the nail (striker) is attached to the sound chamber. You cup your hand under the playing surface. Hope that helps.
