Title: Gemsbok Horn and Ivory set
Post by: Hillbillycallmaker on August 31, 2009, 10:47:34 AM: Here is a call and matching case I made for a good friend. The case is made from a Gemsbok horn with an Ivory top and bottom which was all hand carved with a knife. The "Stopper" on top was carved from a solid 2 1/2 inch by 3 1/2 inch solid piece of Ivory.The wingbone was made from solid pieces of Gemsbok horn accented with carved pieces of Ivory.
