Top 10 things I've learned over the past year:
1.) Allways Allways use caution on shop equipment!
2.) Put more emphasis on doing it right the 2nd time.
3.) Take the 1st piece outside in the light and inspect for flaws.
4.) Plan on doing things different but keep in mind practability.
5.) Re-use duds
6.) Learn to take criticism as what you need to focus more on.
7.) Don't settle for that's good enough.
8.) There is allways more to learn expand if you can.
9.) Be Generous but not to a fault.
10.) Don't be afraid to ask questions you will inevitably make new friends!
