Title: 2014 Decorative Entries

Here are my two 2014 decorative entries.  The owl hooter is brass and Blackwood on a Chechen stand.  Tube call is Palisander and brass also on a Chechen stand with six pannels of brass and German silver inlay.  Spirals are put in with hand files and laid out by eye.

The hooter has an incredible sound. When i first saw it i thought it was a bit small but when i heard it i was amazed at the sound. Great work as always Ralph. Congrats again bud.

The downside of the convention for me was not visiting with the many who were kept away by the storm.

Beautiful calls once again Ralph. I really missed getting to visit with you and Herb and running the wind calls. Mabye next year.
