Cut a turkey breast into nugget size pieces. Roll in flour and fry on low heat until golden brown.Salt lightly. Pour one whole bottle of John Boy and Billy's Grilling Sauce (orginal flavor) over the turkey and simmer on low heat until the sauce crystallizes. This is delicious when dipped in ranch dressing.
NOTE if you can not find John Boy and Billys grilling sauce, you can use Hooters Hot Wing sauce, to me it is good but not as good.
Sorry I have no pics of this recipe after it is fryed up. But this will make your toung slap you lips off your face.

Thanks for sharing, I will have to try some sort of version of this. Not sure of the sauces you mentioned, but will look them up. Just the cooking method seems like it will tender the meat up.
