i use this to trim off all the waste on the edges of the paddles. than all i have to do is belt sand the tip off and a little bit to round it off, 5 minutes at the most

That's a neat  jig for the bandsaw ! Saves a lot of unhealthy dust in the shop. Lot safer than using a table saw too. Good tip!! *up*
