I don't know about the rest of you, but I think we should find Rickey's place and start inviting ourselves over....  dang that makes me hungry after two large meals already!!!!

Rickey, how long you been frying? This was our 23 year! Nothing like fried turkey!

Mike,

I have been doing it for several years. My family will not eat oven cooked turkey now. I usually deep fry turkeys 6 to 8 times a year. I will PM you a copy of the recipe I use. I normally smoke a Boston Butt and Pork Loin also when they are here so we eat pretty good for a few days.
