Title: Can any body indentify this decoy enhancer?

Saw this on the Outdoor Channel.  Knight and Hale show.   Mr Knight did not give it an indorsement by naming the product's manufacturer.  Thought that was odd, unless it is put out by one of their competitors.  Best guess for a name is Persuader, decoy enhancer.

I try and look but find nothing would like to see more about this

The name "Persuader" is used by Flambeau who is a decoy maker.  Possibly it is made by them.  Maybe Knight and Hale is field trialing it for them.  My best guess.
