made this from some reclaimed poplar that kame from a building that made it through the Civil War...I call it money because she was green & about the same size as a dollar bill..the lid is persimmon..

Some of my best sounding calls that I have made had persimmon lids.  Not that much to look at but they got that sound. *up*
