Title: SCTP Grand Nationals

I'd like to thank John Brown for a great place to stay....!!!!....We had a wonderful time....here are a few pics of Skye shooting.....She dropped a few more clays than normal....a bad speaker and the next day shooting all by herself.....didn't help any....

Skye learned a little about shooting Skeet while at the Complex.....next year she plans to participate in trap, skeet, and sporting clays....
 
Sunday we drove back through Sikeston MO. and ate at Lambert's Café.. *up*....to much good food and a lot of fun......

Can't wait till Dove season!!!

Matt,
I'm sure it was a great learning experience. I hope getting her feet wet so to speak will help her in the long run. I hope she enjoyed herself. It looks like a great experience. Best of luck in the future matches.

good luck to her in the future---she's jumped in on the National stage now and the past shoot was a learning experience I am sure.
Ya better get really busy pumping out calls now to keep up with that expensive hobby
Hope to see lots of her in the records in the near future

The Gran Nats, can cause the jitters to the best. She will be all the better for the experience. Congrats to Skye!  *up* *up* *up* *up*

Great pictures!  You and Skye are welcome anytime my friend.  I hope you make it back up for the Grand next month as it is truly an experience I think you would both never regret.
I also would like to wish Skye the best of luck on all her future shoots as well.  You have done a great job introducing your daughter into the outdoors.  Skye is one of the most polite & respectable young teenagers a person could ever be blessed with.  The young lady shows great potential in many ways.

Hopefully next time my work schedule will not be as conflicting so we can have more time to visit.

Great pictures Matt Bill had it right the jitters will cost you birds the first state shoot I entered was really bad.
The jitters ran off with a lot of targets that day but the experence was well worth it. That is all part of the game. Best of luck to Skye in the future it will all fall in place for her. The best advice I ever got from a excellent skeet shooter was "You have to learn to lose before you become a winner." He was right!
