We take our chicken pretty serious down here. I don't mean to sound harsh, but I can't see any thing appealing about that BBQ'd rattler

Years ago a buddy and I were hunting deep in some National Forest. We stopped for a break and I sat straddling a log that was part way up off the ground. We made a few calls and after about 20 minutes decided to move on. When I stood up I looked under the log and there was a rattler coiled
up. My feet had been on either side of him just inches away the whole time I was setting there. We were a good hours walk from the truck. I have to admit that I got a little weak in the knees.
