Title: Tagged out in NY

  Saw him in field strutting with 3 hens went to road on the back side walked up in had to cross the creek water over my boots felt a little cold .Got up in where i thought he was
 and ran my coco trumpet nothing sat in the small maple trees and there he is at 25 yards
 twisting and turning strutting away i made 3 sorft yelps on the trumpet and watch him dance waiting for him to turn just right when he did i put a load of 5 in his head he went down and the 3 hens went up .i put in my vest headed out of the woods got to that creek
 stepped in thought is was about 18 deep well it wasnt was about 3 and half feet and down me and bird went up to my neck that water was a lot colder on the way out it was 44 degress here this morning .

Way to close out the season Chuck on a good bird. Sounds like a fun hunt.

Whew!  the pressure is off Chuck, way to go old man!! *bannana* *bannana*  Looks like a solid 3 year old and you certainly earned it trudging though the water.

I guess it goes to say that no matter how lng ya been after em Chuck, you're still a little wet behind the ears ! Glad you and your trophy made out in one piece. Congrats !
