Title: half 'n' half

These are made similar to my my solid body boxes.  Only one side is mahogany and the other is poplar with a purpleheart band down the center.
They sound great!  They have lots of rasp and a good rollover.

Bill your work is truly unique and I have said before I like your exploration and this is just another fine example  *up* *up*of what can be done and done very well once you put a crazed turkey mind to work *lol*  Very cool idea.
