Title: Wormy Butternut Stepside Caller

Here is one I just completed in my stepside design . This one is made from some very wormy butternut from NY and topped with zebrawood . I love the look of wormy butternut . Thanks for looking !

Great looking long box. Love the looks of that wormy butternut, gives the call a lot of character. *up*

I like me some wormy wood.

Quick question for the call makers.

I have some pecan in my garage that is in log form and has been drying out since 2007.  It loosk like some wasps have bored into it in several places.  Is it ruined?  Is this normal?  Could it still be used to turn something?
