Title: Ash Turpin Caller

Here's another of my Turpin style callers. This one is made from some beautiful ash wood that came from a tree cut down by Swiney Rayfield near Eminence , Missouri. I have been wanting to use this wood for awhile but wasn't sure what for. Turns out that ash makes a great wood for Turpin style calls . The lid is yellowheart . This one has that classic Turpin "bark" with an old hen on one side and a young hen on the other . This one is headed up North to Michigan . Thanks for looking !
