Title: My young youth participant :) with results

As some of you know I will be doing a mentored youth hunt in a couple weeks....
Here is the young man that I will be trying to help out.
I fixed him up with a couple calls to practice on, a Mike Yingling Glass over slate pot call and a nice little box call from Gregg Guthridge, both of Chestnut wood. I met him last week and we had a little practice session at his house.
I am really looking forward to this outing.   Denny

I think that is a great gesture! Hopefully, he will remember this for the rest if his life and pass along to others what you are teaching him today.  *up* *up* *up* *up* *up*

Now there is a young turkey hunter up and coming , you can tell by the hat and jacket and the determination in his eye's. Best of luck on the youth hunt hope he does well.

Mark and his mom deserve the credit for keeping his interest in the outdoors. I am just trying to help out a little..

They are the future to preserving the hunt and the habitat. It starts early, the appreciation, respect for nature and the land we hunt.  Great job Denny!!!

Thanks for the support! Our little scouting mission showed a couple candidates, one walked past at 80yds or so. No calling even.

I heard through the grapevine, when the calls come out the sister says "Here we go again...." and that the pot call sounds have gone a little south....  *lol*
