After seeing the mud-cured osage trumpet my buddy Steve Torman posted a few months ago he had gotten from Steve Lumma, I knew I wanted to get one like it. The wait ended today when this beauty showed up in the mail. Simply stunning. The pics sure do not do it justice. The workmanship is perfect and the baffle design used by Steve is something to see. This is one of the easiest running trumpets I have picked up with the flat ivory mouthpiece. Easy to see why Mr. Lumma did so well at Nationals. Thanks again Steve. I sure hope to send you a couple pics this spring with it laying beside a dead gobbler.

Yep, that's a show stopper right there....!  Steve's newest design has quickly moved its way to my top 5 fav. list ;)  I will be adding a few to my collection here soon.  I love that mouth piece shape and design. *up*----Jason
