we set up on the edge of a field sat morning and had one skirt through the woodline around the opposite edge..so i set up on the edge where i could cover the wooded thicket and he was coverin the field..we wer set up in a ground blind and i had a lil table set for him to shoot my .270 off of with the bipod on it..."he still aint quite big enough to hold it up on his own"bout 6:15 a seen a deer skirting the edge of the field eatin acorns and he was headin our way...i got Cam set up to shoot and grunted by mouth to stop the deer..he said he had it on him and i said shoot fighting he dropped him dead in his tracks at 70 yrds..perfect shot right behind the shoulder Thumb up...i couldnt have been more excited if i had dropped a big buck myself...

Georgia has some of the best managed WMA's in the country. I use to love hunting them.
