This is delayed, but I had to give a shout out to Mr. Jeff Mckamey. A few years back I stumbled onto his website which later ended in a phone conversation and me owning a new call. The picture attached was taken a day after losing my 35 year old brother. This call will always carry a special place for me. I'm most proud of this call not because of how many birds it has killed, or how many awards it deserves, but because I know how much time and energy was invest into it. Thank you for your hard work.
CONGRATS ON BIG WINS AT MIDWEST, SOUTHEAST, AND NATIONALS.
I'm glad to see that so many different judges from all over the country honored your hard work this year.

I rarely post, but I am going to have to comment on this one. In my opinion, Jeff McKamey has had a fantastic year as a callmaker. I attribute these accomplishments to his hard work and determination which has elevated his skills to make him the champion callmaker that he is today. His talents and attitude are outstanding as well as his personality. His calls seem to be attractive not only in sound, but in appearance also. This is evident by winning the various titles held by the top echelon, (champion of champions), throughout the nation, (Midwest, Southeast, and Nationals). The various event judges seem to like the unique sound quality and appearance which is very distinct in Jeff's calls. I am proud to be associated with Jeff, his mentor, and their success as callmakers. Congratulations on the success and thank you for being a true and honest friend.

I agree, Jeff is a fantastic callmaker! I'm so glad he is getting the attention he deserves. He is a great guy, and I am proud to call him a friend. But what else could you expect from a Tennessee Boy? *up* *bowing*

I had the pleasure of being introduced to Jeff at Nashville this year, and even sold him a couple of calls. Jeff is a stand up kinda guy!! I left there and felt like I had known him for a lot longer than just 3 short days. Jeff was one of the first to text and congratulate me on my success this past weekend at the southeastern show, that means a lot to have friends that care about everyone they come in contact with. Congrats again on your success my friend!!!

Yes, Congratuations are in order. Like the others stated, Jeff makes a fine call and has a great personallity to go with it. His wins are well deserved.

I saw this post and to me its about far more than a turkey call. Jeff was one of the first people to ever contact me when I began making calls, He didnt know me at all and when we hung up it was like we had been friends for years.. Since that time we have become very good friends for which I am extremely greatful..Thats what this great craft is about..making friends and making memories that last a lifetime.. Congrats on your success my friend... *cheers*
