I need a source for good quality, "large" whitetail antler at a reasonable cost. I usually have my own stash of sheds but have run out till I can get out and pick some more. anyone know a legal supplier? Like I said, large and in very good quality/condition as I am very particular as for what I will use.---Jason

Large Grade A whitetail antlers don't come cheap. There are tons of antlers for sale from very reputable dealers, but you need to check out your states laws on buying antlers before you go shopping. The vast majority of antler parts that I see for sale are being sold as dog chews and are fetching $15 per pound.

"large" Grade A antler sheds are difficult to come by and fetching premium prices. When you say "large" what is your idea of large? I use a lot of what I call large sheds when making antler lamps. These size sheds will fetch $40-60 each in this area. If you are looking for sheds for your totes I would think our 1.5-2.5 yr old sized bucks would have enough mass but if wanting for tube calls I would say the $40-60 range will be more realistic.
Here is an example of the size I use for antler lamps.

GSLAM,
Those lamps are awesome looking! I use sheds off 3 plus year old bucks. I like them about the same size as your lamp antlers. $40-60 range is a fair/good price. Thanks---Jason
