It runs from the 10/31-11/21 in my unit and is a one bird limit. I'm ready to go.

Seems like a really good-great hatch in our area in Centre county......Hens with youngins running around everywhere...

Wonder how much tree damage was done with all that heavy snow last weekend?

Best of luck to fellow PA turkey hunters......Be safe and take pictures.....

PLENTY of turkeys up in my neck of the woods as well,Bradford co. Troy PA. Saw at least 75 the other morning while I was bow hunting deer. Guess I'll try my luck this season at them?

I was out this morning doing a little more scouting. I'm not having trouble locating family flocks but the group of gobblers I've been watching has disapeared. The only area I haven't scouted is steep and thick, I have a hunch they are hunkered down in there. Also saw two bucks sparring and another darn bear. Certainly seems like it's going to be a good year for Pa bear hunters with all the ones i've been seeing.
