Title: Something Else I Do

Thanks. Yes I have been selling work for over 20 years now. Just about stopped except for commissions the market isn't great and people think an original should cost $40. ::)

Fun fact....the hawk fledglings was owned by none other than Robert Stack, the Robert Stack the actor. What a great guy he was.

Had a woman once leave my booth after I priced a Feather painting for $150 and she came back to brag about one she bought for $80. When my wife said that's a nice print you got and she realized it was a photo of the original the woman was P#$$ed. You get what you pay for. Never understood why a person will pay a plumber to do a job they can't but think a artist should do a job they can't for free.
Your a very talented artist thanks for posting , I really enjoyed these. *up*

These aren't regular watercolors that use a couple of layers of paint. Not one on here has less than 30-40 layers in places. The elephants ( End of the Dry) are a mixed media I used acrylic to tighten the piece up some. While the elephants were real the landscape they are in is all fiction. All the other pieces are from my reference photos so the landscape is what was there.
