On the advice of Marlin Watkins I contacted Gary and ordered one of his aluminum pots.  The pot is Curly Shedua with a Zebrawood striker.  This is without a doubt one of the best sounding potcalls I've ever heard.  It does it all from real low to real loud calling.  Runs real easy and sounds incredible.
I'm going to be on Gary's list for a slate call next year for sure.

That's a winner for sure. Gary makes outstanding pot calls. I have one of his aluminum and 4 of his slates and it is easy to see why he has won the DD Adams previously. I have been trying to get a crystal pot call from him but he does not seem to make many calls anymore.

... great caller there Lou - hard to beat a Daybreak pot caller - absolute turkey killers for sure, & well worth the wait ... *bowing* *bowing*
