Title: A first for me (ALOT BETTER PICTURE ADDED)
Post by: Ozark Custom Calls on October 19, 2009, 07:39:25 PM: Well here is a first for me. Its a Box Elder trumpet, 7-08 shell with an acrylic mouth piece. The call next to it is a Pleated woodpecker locator made from deer antler they both came out nice. I will post a better picture soon!

Post by: Ozark Custom Calls on October 19, 2009, 07:47:17 PM: Well Mike, I am suprised how easy it is to play by someone like me who is not a pro by all means. As for sound, it's real close. I need to bring the pitch up a little to be where I want it, but it would bring in a bird i'm confident. Not bad for a first attempt without any help. I am sure the next will be even better.

When I come across some I will get ya one made up! Will have to send a disclamer with it, but don't be suprised if you get one sometime!
