I just got this fine pair of short boxes from Darrin Dawkins. The first one is a walnut over yellow poplar and the second one is all-walnut. Great looking and even more importantly sounding calls from one of the best callmakers today in my opinion.

Two great calls for sure and if you think his short boxes are nice then get a long box. One of the best long boxes out there.

Darrin also makes some awesome pots,  his walnut aluminum is one of the best and I have a plastic slate from him that sounds better then a lot of my wood pot slates.  Scoot

 Scoot, that plastic pot does have an unbelievable sound doesn't it? I think Darrin will be in the first chapter of the Turkey Call History book.
