Title: 3 inch Cypess Slate for Adam's Son
Post by: Bulldogmikey on October 11, 2009, 11:03:09 AM: This is one of Adam's design experiment pots I finished and glued up for Mason his oldest (2 years 9 months) and put a small persimmon striker with it and we both personalized and signed. He was tickled. It is a awesome sounding pot! 3 inch pots are hard to get to roll over. This one does. Just thought you might want to see.

I also have found that rollover is easier to get with aluminum in those 3 inchers..some of the best I've built were 3" aluminum on sound...I think copper is good too.
