3 lbs chopped pig feet 1 cup vineger
Salt, pepper 1 cup suger
Flour 2 tbsp shoyu
2 cloves garlic 1 small piece ginger
1 cup water
Roll pig feet in salt, pepper and flour and fry in oil until brown.
Then add the rest if ingredients and cookntil tender.
