Post by: G8ORB8 on October 09, 2009, 03:49:59 PM
This is simple to make and tastes wonderful.

Spicy Wild Turkey Pate’

1 T. Olive Oil
1 T. Unsalted Butter
2 bunches Green Onions, chopped
3 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 Shallot, chopped
½ t. Crushed Red Pepper or to taste
1 lb. Wild Turkey breast, cooked & chopped
1 8oz. can Water Chestnuts, chopped
3 T. Mayonnaise
1 t. Tony’s Cajun Seasoning
¾ t. Ground Ginger
2 T. White Wine Vinegar
1 T. Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
French bread baguette, thinly sliced

Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet. Add green onion, garlic and shallot and saute’ until tender. Fold in chopped turkey meat (domestic turkey breast can be substituted) and water chestnuts and just heat through. Empty skillet contents into a food processor and add remaining ingredients, save the bread. Pulse until everything is blended well. Serve chilled on slices of French baguette.

Sorry about the game, I was sick of hearing about Tebow. Still my favorite stadium to watch a game besides Bryant Denny. Sorry Alabama Alum.

That's OK, you guys are doing great and in contention for #1. We have been getting away with sloppy play all year!
