Title: Pic pickin'

Whole hog cookin' at my house.....rain moved out for a nice saturday afternoon feast......all the fixin's and some home made wine my neighbor brought......plenty of beer too....!!.....

the cooker won the world championship BBQ contest in memphis in 1986........Yes even the skin is perfect......crisp and thin as a potato chip....
