Decided to tinker a little today with my hole design. Turned this red spalted oak with the holes in the sides instead of the bottom and found very little affect on the sound if any.Did this one in aluminum over glass in 3"....... *gobble*

My guess is you would be better at hockey than judging turkey calls.......

I don't need to guess to know your sound files don't sound like a turkey. Might not be the calls though cause I've heard sound files of you calling on other calls that I know are good and they still sounded bad.

Well lets see. I jokingly posted a smiley of a hockey player cause he himself said it you could play hockey with this call. Then he decided to start talking smack so I joined in. Since we are asking questions why is it you follow me around on here trying to bait me into fighting with you? You think the king can't handle himself? Cause I'd give him far more credit than that.

i didn't realize that reading the most recent post was following you around. but anyway, my point is that you continue to bring up the same topic with gk on all sites that you are on together. i'm sure gk can handle himself, but you seem to be the one who continues to stir the pot.

I think you fellas ought to respect each other what ever your opinion may be. Wis, I am sure that just cause you say that Kings calls don't sound good doesn't mean he should stop making them. King, you know where you stand on your calls and it doesn't matter if he don't like them. I am sure you get much worse than this but you all should remember that respect is given where earned.....

ive never said a word to you nor do i really have the desire. i dont care about you and gobble kings thoughts on eachother. you and i have never had a problem before. ive never been involved in any of you and kings arguements on here or any other forum where i have "back up". you guys can do this forever i dont care. it will just be the same old song and dance :o

Adam, you only tell half the story to cover your game.When I referred to the call being hard enough to play hockey with it was in reference to the wood being solid although spalted...These guys are right in that you express your disdain for my calls constantly even though you have never owned one,lost money on one, or lost any turkeys to one.It just appears to be pointless pot stirring to most to draw attention to yourself.You are just a turkey hunter, a young one at that, still learning as we all have.You do not build calls.So you really have no factual knowledge to offer to the subject other than your opinion on sound. If you don't like the sound hunt with what you like and be happy.I'm not forcing a thing on you. 8)

This is true for the most case. A good call will sound its best in good hands.A bad call will sound better in good hands but still will not be good.....
