Title: Weber Rotisserie
Post by: rocfish13 on September 06, 2012, 02:43:54 PM
My brother came over today and brought a pork butt with him. We put it on our weber rotisserie for about 4 hrs. We cooked it until the temp was about 170, and then we let it sit. The temp will usually go up about another 5 or 10 degress. Also, you can see the meat start to come away from the bone a little. That's another indicator that it was ready. If you have never used a rotisserie before, man you are missing something for sure. It keeps the meat so juicy!  The rotisserie unit we have fits the big Weber. I'm getting a buddy of mine to fab up the stuff to fit the medium size Weber.  (http://i910.photobucket.com/albums/ac308/rocfish13/pork.jpg)
