Title: A couple Dymondwood calls......
Post by: mastevt on September 05, 2012, 10:58:35 AM
I finally broke down, and bought a couple different panels of Dymondwood to make pot calls.  Here's a couple I recently
finished.

First one is French Green, Slate over glass.  Striker has a Tiger Eye gemstone, set in sterline silver, for an end cap.

Royal Indigo, stryker has an ivory inlay for an end cap.

thanks!  I got 2 more new end caps I'm waiting on.  1 is called Hawks eye, which is similar in appearance to the tiger eye, but blue instead,
and the other is an ammenonite.   It's a cross section of a 60 million year old sea creature that was fossilized into a fossil gemstone.
