Man, I love the off season when we all get to trade or buys calls from each other and this Fence Post comes from no other than Ole Shadetree Master Bob Fulcher. Heck, all I did was send Bob a couple boxes of scrap wood and the magic mailbox delivers this beaut to my doorstep. Well Bob, they'll be plenty more scrap wood coming your way sir!
This is hum dinger of a call with sweet kee-kees a smooth roll-over and great rasp in the bottoms. I have never hunted the fall season, but I'm fixin to change that this year with this call. Thanks my friend.

I'm sure glad you like her Scott ! That yellow poplar came from a tree that Swiney Rayfield cut down on his property near Eminence, Mo. The cherry came from a tree that was washed ashore during hurricane Katrina . I hope it helps you roll a big gobbler someday !

Thanks everyone ! Steve, I thought that the knot added character and since it had " 0 " affect on the sound I kept it . I made 3 calls from that block that all had a knot in the handle . *ride*

This truly a wonderful call, both in looks and sound, but I was thrilled to see the knot in the handle...it gives it great character and makes more one of a kind--thanks again Bob.
