Here are a couple calls I just completed . These calls were requested to be made from Box Elder Burl and Bay Laurel . The call on the left is one of my Tree Calls which has a slate playing surface and a cherry soundboard inside the call . The striker is Bay Laurel, Box Elder and Mohogany . The scratchbox has alot of tone with a 2-note yelp that breaks over like a boxcall . It will cutt, cluck , purr and cackle too . The tree call is made to reproduce the soft subtle sounds that a hen makes when she first comes awake on the roost in the mornings . It will make nice purrs, clucks and yelps that will help draw that tom in to you right off the roost . Thanks for looking !
