Got this recipe from Greg (JLC calls) sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, put in smoker for 2 1/2 hours @ 250 deg. I added a piece of onion and green pepper, them basted with a mixture of orange marmalade and butter. Man It was GOOD!!! Thanks Greg!!!!!!!!!! *up* *up* *up* *up* *up* *up* *up*
