Title: Waiting on the Poults

We have 3 young poults and were going to turn them out in the pen this morning. The wife found this waiting on her to open the door.

It got relocated. The wife didn't take to much time to get a good shot of the capture

That would have been relocated deep underground if she showed up around here !

Don't bring it to town, David. I would relocate its head in one place and body somewhere else.

Now Doug, you are and I are on the same page here ! That thing would chopped and buried deep  ! David , those things have alot of places to hide around your farm . I think I'll make sure to only stop by in the winter !   *lol*

Dave, *up* A HUGE thumbs up for catching and relocating it!!!!!! I love to see people who understand the value of such misunderstood and fragile reptiles. Thats a beauty of a timber rattler  *cheers*

We ran over another just like it coming up the road to the house tonight. It was right by the neighbors and they have small kids. We lost a poult today and a laying hen. Figure that was a hawk. It's not meant for us to raise any young birds.

wow----good thing she was paying attention David.
No disrespect to the who love em......but anyone that has had a bite from a snake,
knows they would be relocated......like a few of yall have mentioned........in many smaller pieces.
Dang.......those things give me the shakes
