Got this striker from Steve today and let me say it's the coolest striker I have ever seen. It is made from a piece of dogwood that I sent Steve. I never expected to get anything back that looked like this. Not only does it look good but she sounds great. You owe it to yourself to put one of Steve's strikers in your vest.

They run most pot's pretty darn well. But as we all know you have to match strikers to pots and vise versa. Steve's strikers may not be a perfect match for a pot. Yet the added sound qualities they provide are truly unique. I love them for that reason. I see now I will have to add another of dog wood to my growing stable of hollow body strikers.... *bowing* *bowing* That is truly one fine piece of dog wood and a wonderful example of Steve's art.

Glad that you like it Frank and thanks for the opportunity to work such a piece of wood. There will never be another like it I'm sure.

I like that one a lot. You got a fine one there Frank. Steve's strikers are definitely works of art and will sure call turkeys.
