Our opening day is tomorow. The forecast? Four inches of snow, temps in the low 30's all day and winds up to 30 mph. Guess I'll go to work tomorrow and save the vacation day for later. *cry* *cry*
I would guess that there won't be a good hatch this year.
They are now talking snow for tuesday also.

4" of wet heavy snow and high winds spells disaster in the turkey woods....If your leaves are out like ours are, that's gonna make a huge mess.
Mother nature can be soooooooooooooooo mean......

Bet you get it worse than we do Zumer. Whens your opening day?
-
I'm sure that our leaves are further along than yours.

This upcoming Saturday, and extended forecast looks promising -- 60 degrees and sun.

*aah*
Look at it like this.... If you get a bird in the snow I bet that is one you will never forget. They will still be where they were for the most part. Good luck and don't let the weather discourage you. Killed my two biggest birds in bad weather hunts. *gobble* *gobble*

Ours is all rain ......West of us is where the snow is....
28th April......Seems like it's FOREVER till it gets here w/ everyone else showing pics and telling about their hunts.....

I think that I will go to work tomorrow. Zumer is right about the leaves, wet snow and high wind. Not a good combination. I expect a lot of tree limbs and power lines down.
