a little something different. I've been turning pots and strikers quite a bit lately and needed a break to do something else but wasn't sure what. I was talking with my good friend Ed Terefencko on the phone one night last week when he ran an owl caller for me that he had just finished. I guess he needed a break from box calls and his owl call sound real nice so I asked some questions about making them. Now I've never used an owl call as a locator call as we really don't have many around my area so I never bought one or thought to build myself one till this year. The owl's showed up last year on my friends land that I hunt so why not try it. Here's the first two that I've made and I think they sound pretty good but will need to try them out scouting next weekend to see what the birds think. Thanx for the look and Ed thanx for the help.
