Title: Chestnut Scratcher..
Post by: trb136 on March 19, 2012, 09:39:54 AM
This scratcher is made of Old Chestnut from a Barn beam...built in the late 1800s in the Mountains of NC..The Soundboard is Canarywood, it has a striker of Maple and Cherry... One of these days I am going to buy a nice woodburner, the one I have cost 15 bucks at Lowes...it has one temp...HOT!!!! *lol* *lol*

Tim, If that plays as good as the one I have of yours, then that is another winner for sure.  That barn chesnut adds real character to the call. Nice job!   *up*
