Just finished this ole girl up ! Purpleheart over Spalted Alder It has a nice kee kee in the top and raspy in the bottom of the call! Makes for a nice Gooble!

Great looking call.   How do you like checkering that purple heart?  I think checkering a brick is probably easier.

A freind of mine told me to use some deisel and dip my chisel when checkering hardwood it has made checkering alot easier!
