I stopped by the post office the other day and had an unexpected package waiting for me . It was a sweet care package from Kip Feroce at Ferocious Calls ! Inside was this nice little call made from osage and purpleheart . It has a beautiful scene of roosted toms taking flight and has been personalized for me by Kip . This call sounds great and will be taking a ride in my vest this spring . Along with the call was this fabulous backscratcher made with a hens foot attached to a yellow heart and sycamore handle which has been personalized and on the reverse side is another beautiful woodland scene with turkeys . It is aptly named the "Ferocious Itch Eliminator " ! And as if that weren't enough , there was a real nice coffe mug and t-shirt with the Ferocious Calls logo on both . Kip is a skilled cabinet maker and it shows in the quality of his work . Thanks for the great items Kip . I 've already eliminated some itches , now it's on to the turkeys !!

Glad you like Bob. It is a gobbler foot from WV. It's osage in the scratcher as well. If anyone cares to send me thier gobbler feet I'll make you a scratcher with one of them. Spur on if you wish. If you'd like to arrange, shoot me a pm or call at 724-216-4051. Trying to gather as many feet this spring as possible for scratchers. Freezing fresh is best after a roll in borax. Thanks, Kip

Bob, I must apologize, after review of the foot stock, you are right it's a hen foot. I did'nt even give it a thought as supplier had said all toms'. There was one other hen foot in the box when I worked them yesterday. It was the best foot in the bunch and a match to yours. Surely you know a hen's foot and I was wrong. They make the best scratchers. Happy scratchin!
