Title: cedar and maple KISSIN' CUZZIN'S

Here is a pair of boxcalls I recently finished. The wood is exceptionally nice.  One is birdseye maple lid and base the other is tiger maple lid and base. The tiger maple has paduak accent inlays.  Both on eastern red cedar bodies.  The tiger maple is a deeper sounding call but both have loads of raspy. I rarely take a pic of the base but this wood is really exceptional. Couldn't help but call these the "kissin' Cuzzin's". I think they need a new home/ ;D

Great looking calls LT !! Turkey killas' I'm sure !! One question that comes to mind ... Are cousins still cousins in WV, AFTER they get married ??  *lol* Just kidding , I'm from WV too and always wondered why there were Fulcher's on both sides of the family tree !!  *lol* *lol*

Thanks for the kind words guys...by the way that base wood is from our northern friend Fargobox. Some nice, nice stuff.

Bob, in my neck of the woods...cuzzin's is still cuzzin's no matter what....just ask my wife! *wha* (Just kidding too  ;))

LT those are gorgeous!!!!  Great job on them and those calls are some special ones!!!
