1 lb. Fresh Ground Turkey
8 Large Cabbage Leaves
2 Tbs Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Fresh Cabbage Chopped
1/2 Cup Onion chopped
1/2 Cup Carrot chopped
1/4 Cup Celery chopped
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Dill Weed
2 Eggs
1/2 Tsp Favorite Hot Sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
2 cups chicken broth
2 Tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup parsley chopped
Cook cabbage leaves for 6 minutes in boiling water. Drain, pat dry and set aside. Heat oil in small skillet add chopped cabbage,onions,carrots,celery,salt, 1/2 tsp dill weed.cook until tender. Beat eggs and hot sauce togeather in small bowl mix in turkey,bread crumbs,and cooked veggies. Devide turkey mixture into 8 sections place sections in the 8 leaves and roll them up fasten with toothpicks if needed. Place rolls in a backing dish. Prepare sauce by melting butter in small pan add flour and slowly add chicken stock cook over low heat till mixture thickens add lemon juice and rest of dill weed pour sauce over cabbage rolls and bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes garnish with fresh parsley.
