At the Nationals a young fella (Perryman) come up to me and wanted to show me some wood , got my attention of coarse ;D He pulled out some beautiful poplar he says he cut in Alabama. It was like waveing candy in front of a baby kind of thing. Later on he dropped off a peice and told me to try it. I couldn't wait to get home to make a call out of it . Here is the results.

That's some beautiful Poplar man. Oh, and the call looks Great too. You better contact Perryman to get more wood because the turkeys are bound to be flying out of this box. Congrats!
