My wife got me the new Ghostblind Runner for my B-day. It's the newer, smaller, less expensive, 6-panel-blind that they offer (as opposed to their original larger, more expensive, 4-panel blind). I really like the look of it, so far. We’ll see how it performs against the birds in the upcoming weeks. It’s a bit lighter than the original (8 pounds v. 12 pounds), and obviously for those of us that like to sit on the ground. It also fits nicely in the turkey-carrying portion of most vests; too bad I switched to a belt last season. ::) The carrying strap works fine for me, though. Congratulations on the gift! I was really impressed by the Ghost Blind at the convention. I'll bet they work well on both turkeys ans coyotes. There may be a small one in my future, also!

Yeah, I need to get up there during the off season and try it on hogs and coyotes. If it works on coyotes, I'm sold. I tried coyote hunting for the first time last February, with no success. I see them all over the place during fall bow season, but then they just vanish on opening day (gun). I'm definitely going to carry a youth model 243 with me during next bow season.
