I would like to thank everyone on here for thier continued support of the Armstrong family in this time of need. I have 3 special calls to auction off from personal friends of Kenny Crummett that came forward to makes these calls for this benefit. The First call will be a special wingbone call made by a local legend in the Frankin/ Sugar grove West Virginia area and little Kinsleys Pastor, Jerry Smith "Felix Place Calls". Jerry has been producing these beautiful hand made wingbones for years , and are on a limited basis. This call features beautiful scrimshaw work along with a brass midsection with hand wrapped thread. This call sounds as good as it looks.
The next call I have to auction is a set of 2 custom slates made by a custom PA callmaker Ralph Zorn Sr of Carlisle PA. Ralph has been well known in the call making community for years and also produces a small limited number of handmade calls a year. I have a set like this and I am honored to have it in my collection.
Last, I have an awesome friction call made from WV native Adalbert Hoover. This friction call is handmade out of spalted maple. and is known as the vibrating tongue call. This call sounds as good as it looks.
