Kinsley is headed back to the hospital today for a biopsy of a bone cyst and to resume the chemo-therapy . Please keep her and the Armstrong family in your prayers .
This week we have some great calls to auction . The first caller is a beautiful trumpet made by Ralph Permar . It is made in his "Hex Series " with 8 flat sides which resemble the barrels on old revolvers . The call was inspired by the hexagonal signs that you see on Amish barns across the midwest . It is made from cocobola and has an elephant ivory mouthpiece . Ralph makes some of the best trumpet calls you can buy . Don't miss out on this chance to own a top-shelf caller from one of the best callmakers alive. The bidding will start at $200 !
Next up we have a set of two pots made by Harry Blodgett for the 2001 NWTF convention held in Ohio . They are being graciously donated by Mr. Bill Henkel . These calls are already becoming very collectible and have sold for almost $200 apiece . They are from a limited edition of 25 calls , so don't miss out on this opportunity to get them ! Bid will start at $50
Next we have a very nice potcall from our own Dave Smith . He made this sweet caller from a piece of canarywood and incuded is a one-piece striker also made from canarywood . Dave added an etched turkey on the bottom of the caller too . Dave's calls all sound great so don't let this one slip by you ! The bidding will start at $50 .
Last but certainly not least is this awesome chestnut and walnut caller from Twisting Creek calls made by my friend Jeff McKamey . This one has alternating inlays of walnut and chestnut also .This is a beautiful call and it sounds great also . I have used Jeff's calls to take some nice turkeys and I can attest that they sound as good as they look ! The bidding will start at $75
