It's pretty bad here in Kentucky also, flooding everywhere. It's not going to stop until Saturday. Were caught in the jet stream and getting hammered. Were going to get another 3-6 inches by Thursday. Ready for it to dry out some so I can get the garden planted since I have no tags left.

We got a break yesterday and I went down and hunted with Ferguson.  I thought he was going to have me cross a bridge that I couldn't see anymore, but he was wanting me to go around.

We didn't have any luck, but at least it wasn't raining.. but guess what it is doing now ....

Shad MO/AR line is a complete mess.  Poplar Bluff levy let go and boot hill is in a mess.  Northern MO is not getting as pounded as us... but it's not great either :(

I just looked in my hometown newspaper and this rain has brought more flooding than the
"61 Flood". In 1961 Harrison, AR was flooded by Crooked Creek backing up and devestating the entire area. 1 month shy of being exactly 50 years, Crooked Creek has done it again. The only saving grace this time was the levees built after the 61 flood have held up and saved parts of the town.
Interesting side note, the city has been having town hall talks about not renewing the government flood plan so citizens could maintain their flood insurance.... wonder where those talks will go now  ;)

I've been watching the photos posted on KY3's website out of Spring, Mo and that area looks like one big raging river. Terrible...
