Double-up

These are the birds that my friend Lee and I got this morning.  It was his first turkey!  I got mine at about 7:30 and then I called up Lee's group around 10:00.  I was trying to get Lee a shot on one of the first three (from my group), but he had two big trees between him and the birds.  I'm glad that we were persistent and hooked-up with that second group.  A great day, and two great hunts!  Photos by my mom, on the porch of our old family store.

I have to give props to Daryl Slaton, for a sweet sounding call that came Friday.  It's now 2/2.  Thanks Daryl!
